The selection process for the Excellent Tunnel Engineering and Personnel Awards for the year 2021 involved the recommendation of candidates by various organizations. There were a total of 6 recipients for the Excellent Tunnel Engineer Award and 3 recipients for the Outstanding Tunnel Operation Personnel Award. The Awards Committee of our association followed the "Regulations for the Recognition of Excellent Tunnel Engineering and Personnel Awards by the Chinese Tunnelling Association." The selection process included fair and rigorous preliminary and final evaluations. After approval by the Board of Directors, 5 recipients for the Excellent Tunnel Engineer Award and 3 recipients for the Outstanding Tunnel Operation Personnel Award were chosen. The names of the awardees have been officially announced and published.
